The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Zoey Hunter is one of this year’s 2021 recipients of the Gordon Pabst Scholarship.
Zoey’s parents are Nichole Hunter and Shane and Abby Hunter. She is attending Central Michigan University to get a degree in Special Education
The Gordon Pabst Scholarship Fund was established by Mr. Gordon Pabst a life-long resident of Marlette who dedicated his life to education working 28 years as an elementary teacher in the Marlette School System. Providing scholarship(s) graduating Sanilac County seniors planning to pursue a teaching degree from an accredited university. Preference will be given to students from Marlette Community Schools.
