Register Your Non-Profit!

Each eligible organization that registers by Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, will receive one complimentary ticket to the event to promote their organization!

At the event you will be able to network one-on-one, in small groups, and have the chance to present your organization to the full group of participants on the stage for the chance to be awarded the SWWC 2026 Grant! There are no restrictions to what you can promote from your organization. It can be a certain project, a campaign, or simply your operating budget!

Voting for the large SWWC 2026 Grant is done by the event participants in a majority vote. Share the word and have people in attendance that support your organization!

Event Details

This is the 14th annual event and you won’t want to miss it!
Come enjoy an evening of networking and experience the power of charitable giving.

Here is how the experience works:

  1. Bring $100 and help give away a grant!
  2. Three people in attendance will be randomly selected to talk about why their favorite charity deserves the grant.
  3. Attendees will ballot vote that night to decide the recipient!

How Did Sanilac Women Who Care Begin?

How did this all begin? Well, a group of Sanilac Women Who Care got together wanting to do some good, and the rest is history!

​But really, in 2013 a group of community-minded women set out to support the great work of local philanthropy in a meaningful way. The goal was to harness the power of giving and create awareness for the great work being done by nonprofits around our county. And what better way to do that than to gather women together, create a community of philanthropic learners and doers, and give away the largest local grant in Sanilac County….and all in one night!

​That is how Sanilac Women Who Care was born. Since then we have given out over $100K to the community we call home. Each year with a goal to give more than we did the previous year and to involve women in the engagement of powerful philanthropic giving.
