The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce this year’s recipient of the Thorley Family Scholarship is Sierra Quesada.
Sierra is the daughter of Danielle & Nicholas Quesada of Croswell. During high school, she was in competitive cheerleading. Sierra plans to attend Michigan State University to pursue being a secondary history teacher.
The Thorley Family Scholarship was established as part of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Challenge in 1996, and is available to an eligible graduate of Croswell-Lexington High School with proven excellence in academic and extra-curricular areas and planning to attend a college/university/trade school to pursue an education in education and/or business finance.
