The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that the Peck United Methodist Church Scholarship recipient is Samantha Bissett.
Samantha Bissett is a graduate of Peck High School. She is the daughter of Timothy and Cherie Bissett of Peck. During high school, she was a part of National Honor Society, Heallth Occupations, and was a class officer. Also, she was a part of varsity basketball, volleyball and track programs. This fall, Samantha plans to attend Delta Community College to complete her basics and eventually transfer to Saginaw Valley State University to get her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
This scholarship was established to continue the community outreach of the Peck United Methodist Church. The Church was in operation for 129 years and continues to serve the students / families of Peck through this scholarship. Eligible Peck High School recipients should demonstrate volunteerism and pride in serving the Peck Community.
