The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that Julia Wahl, graduate from Croswell-Lexington High School, is one of the 2020 recipients of the Esther M. Cuppen Scholarship recipients.
Julia is the daughter of Jeffery and Nancy Wahl of Croswell. She is planning to attend St. Clair County Community College this fall for two years to receive her associates degree and then transfer to Oakland University for another two years to receive her bachelors degree in Elementary Education. In high school she participated in competitive cheer for two years and was part of the National Honor Society for all four years of high school.
Eligible applicants for the annual scholarship must be graduating seniors of Croswell-Lexington High School and/or Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School who are in need of financial assistance to attend college in the field of education or related field.
