The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that Michael Jasso, a 2023 graduate from Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School, is this year’s recipient of the James Mitchell Memorial Scholarship.
Michael Jasso’s parents are Tabitha and Michael Jasso. During high school, he was a part of the basketball, football, track, and powerlifting teams. Michael plans to attend Delta College to become a physical therapist assistant.
