The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Victoria Muxlow is this year’s Henderson Family Scholarship recipient.
Victoria Muxlow is the daughter of Corey and Jenny Muxlow. She is a 2020 graduate from Sandusky High School. Victoria plans to attend Northern Michigan University this fall to study pre-Physical Therapy and time run on their cross country and track teams. She was in the National Honor Society, FFA, and Language Arts Academic Games Team. Victoria also ran cross country and track since seventh grade and was the cross country team captain for the past two seasons.
The purpose of this fund is to encourage interest in pursuing the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineer, Mathematics) Fields. To be awarded to a Sandusky Jr. / Sr. High School Graduating Senior. The Henderson family has a long-standing legacy of community involvement which was fueled by their local business and employee connection. Their hope is that the fields that propelled them forward for over 50 years (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) will continue to be a passion for the generations to come.
