Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Miranda Combs is this years 2017 Cros-Lex Pioneers Scholarship recipient.
Miranda is a graduate of Croswell – Lexington Schools. She lives in Lexington with her parents, Dr. Tom and Debra Coombs. During high school Miranda ran cross country and track for four years along with playing basketball for four years. She participated in student council for two years and National Honors Society for three years. Miranda ended high school with a 4.4 GPA and as senior scholar. She plans to attend Trine University to study Physical Therapy and run cross country and track.
The Cros-Lex Pioneer Scholarship was established in 2016 by Croswell-Lexington Schools to promote post-secondary education, and recognize students that embody the “Pioneer” spirit.
