The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that Matthew Westbrook and Matthew Carlson are two of the Eastern Michigan Bank Scholarship Recipients.
Matthew Westbrook graduated from Cros-Lex High School. During high school, he ran cross-country and track and field on the varsity teams for all four years. He also was a part of the group of senior scholars and National Honor Society. Matthew plans to further his education in finance at Northwood University in their accelerated 4-year program. Matthew’s parents are Laura Westbrook and Matthew Westbrook.
Matthew Carlson graduated from Sandusky High School. White in high school he played both basketball and football. He was also an active member in National Honor Society. He will be attending Oakland University to study finance. Matthew’s parents are Steve and Erin Carlson and Patrica Eaton.
This scholarship is provided by Eastern Michigan Bank in support of our County’s graduates. This scholarship is awarded to an eligible student pursuing Finance, Accounting, or a degree in a related field.
