The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that Brittany Bridgeman, Alliyah Baysdell, Christopher Lilly, Adriana Stull, and Larissa Anton are the Exchange State Bank Scholarship Recipients for 2020.
Brittany Bridgeman, graduated from Brown City High School with honors and as the Secretary of National Honor Society. She is a starting a new chapter of her life at Cornerstone University this fall, majoring in Graphic Design, and minoring in Business Management. Currently, Brittany owns her own Graphic and Vinyl design business called Keep It Real Designs, and plans to expand it into a much bigger, and well known, business once she graduates college. She is the daughter of Mike and Lisa Bridgeman.
Alliyah Baysdell, graduated from Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School. She plans to attend Albion College this fall to pursue a career in the medical field. Throughout high school, she was involved in theater, volleyball, basketball, softball, track, National Honor Society, and YAC (Youth Advisory Council). Alliyah is the daughter of Tricia and the late Dean Baysdell; whom passed away in 2018.
Christopher Lilly, graduated from Croswell-Lexington High School. This fall he plans to attend St. Clair County Community College to pursue a career in education as well he will be wrestling there. During high school, Christopher was involved in football, wrestling, baseball, and National Honor Society. He is the son of Joe and Heidi Lilly and Rebecca and Tom Schankin.
Adriana Stull, graduated from Peck High School. She plans to attend St. Clair County Community College this fall to pursue a degree in business management. While maintaining a 4.0 grade point average, Adriana was involved in extracurricular activities. She was a member of the high school quiz bowl team and also the English Language Arts academic games team. Adriana was also a member of the Peck Chapter of the National Honor Society and was the student council president. Adriana received A’s 9 through 12th grade and received awards in English, Math, Science, and History. Adrianna is the daughter of Jay and Michelle Stull.
Larissa Anton, graduated from Sandusky High School. She will be attending Michigan State University in the fall to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business, possibly focused in accounting. Larissa will be applying for the MSU Business Program her first semester, which she is able to do as she graduated high school with 26 college credits through dual enrollment. Throughout her time at Sandusky High School she was a member of the National Honor Society, the Khan Academy Advisors, the Academic Math Team, softball, and volleyball. Larissa also spent summers babysitting family friends, and has been working at Dreyer & Dreyer CPA’s since January. Larissa Skylee Anton, is the daughter of John Anton V and Brianne Burks.
This scholarship is provided by Exchange State Bank in support of our County’s graduates. This scholarship is awarded to an eligible student pursuing a Finance, Accounting, or a degree in a related field.
