The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Haley Owens as one of the recipients of the 2023 Edward Ralph & Ina Kinsley Scholarship.
Haley Owens’s parents are Emy Ownes and Rob Owens. During high school, she played cross country and track. She is attending St. Clair community College for their Radiologic Technology program.
The Edward Ralph & Ina Kinsley Scholarship fund was generously given as a gift from the Kinsley estate. The scholarship fund is designated to benefit the graduating students at Croswell-Lexington High school.
