Abbey C. Shell is a 2017 graduate of Peck High School and has been selected as this year’s recipient for the Peck United Methodist Church Scholarship. She will be attending St. Clair County Community College in the fall and plans to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education. Abbey was the captain of the volleyball and softball teams and also she was a member of the National Honor Society, Youth Advisory Council (YAC), Lunch Buddies and Class Treasurer. Abbey is the daughter of Gregory and Christine Shell.
The Peck United Methodist Church scholarship was established to continue the community outreach of the Peck United Methodist Church. The Church was in operation for 129 years and continues to serve the students and families of Peck through this scholarship.
