The Wendy Juhl Memorial Fund, was established as a place where friends and family could leave gifts in memory of their dear friend who was a graduate of Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School. This fund will be purposed as a scholarship in honor of Wendy’s passion for life and creativity.
Wendy Marie Juhl, age 37, formerly of Carsonville, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Durant, Oklahoma on April 2nd, 2017. A 1998 graduate of Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School and a 2002 graduate of Northern Michigan University, Wendy had lived in Oklahoma since 2003, where she worked as a bilingual customer service representative, most recently for ALORICA. A talented artist and writer, she was always looking for new ways to express her artistic interests which she shared directly and through social media. She enjoyed travel and lived for a year in France where she taught English as a second language to elementary students at schools in Digne Le Bain. She is survived by her parents, Tim & Joan Juhl of Carsonville, Michigan and her sister Kristen (Zach) Pennock of Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Cremation has taken place and she has been returned to her family in Michigan.
