Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce, Amber Trowbridge, graduate of Brown City High School, is this year’s recipient of the SC4 Scholarship for 2020.
Amber Trowbridge is the daughter of Scott Trowbridge and Tammy Fishell. In high school she participated in Graphic Design classes at the Sanilac Career Center and was a part of College Ambassador at her home school, Brown City. Amber participated in many art related activities including winning Best of Show at the Sanilac Career Center Art Show and partaking in a photography internship her senior year.
The SC4 scholarship is designated for a Sanilac County resident who plans to attend St. Clair County Community College to pursue their post-secondary education.
