The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that Hayley Frizzle, graduate of Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School is one of the 2019 recipients of the Eleanor M. Bowman Scholarship.
Hayley is the daughter of Troy and Jaymi Frizzle of Applegate. She has participated in equestrian, 4-H, and band throughout high school. She has been a National Honor Society member for two years, serving as vice president her senior year. Hayley has also participated in HOSA, receiving third place at the regional level. Hayley plans to attend Delta College to pursue a career in dental hygiene.
Eligible applicants for the Eleanor M. Bowman scholarship must be graduating seniors of Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School who are in need of financial assistance to attend college in the field of music or music education. If there are no graduating students entering the field of music or music education, the scholarship may then be given to a graduating student(s) with need of financial assistance.
