The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Savannah Krampits as one of the 2025 recipients of the Edward Ralph & Ina Kinsley Scholarship.
Savannah Krampits, daughter of Jim and Carrie Krampits, graduated as Salutatorian from Croswell-Lexington High School. During high school, she was actively involved in both academics and extracurriculars. She played basketball and volleyball all four years, earning a spot on the varsity basketball team each season and serving as team captain during her junior and senior years. Savannah also served on Student Council for three years, holding the role of vice president as a junior and president as a senior. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Youth Advisory Council, and Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), where she served as president during her senior year. In addition, she delivered the morning announcements each day and represented the student body as the student representative on the school board. Savannah is attending Concordia University Chicago in the university’s honors program, majoring in Secondary Education with a subject concentration in Mathematics. She also plans to earn her Lutheran Teacher Education endorsement, preparing her to teach in both public and private schools.
The Edward Ralph & Ina Kinsley Scholarship fund was generously given as a gift from the Kinsley estate. This scholarship is designated to benefit the graduating students at Croswell-Lexington High school.
