The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Christina Seghi as one of the 2024 recipients of the Diane Wendt Scholarship.

Christina Seghi is the daughter of David and Karen Seghi and a graduate of Croswell-Lexington High School, graduating with a 4.1 GPA and as a Senior Scholar. During high school, Christina was a member of Student Council, Class of 2024 Executive Board, National Honor Society, SADD, Youth Advisory Council, Art Club, and Prom Committee. She also participated in varsity track and field and attended the Sanilac Career Center through the Graphic Communications Program. Christina is attending Michigan State University pursuing a degree in Graphic Design.

The Diane Wendt Scholarship was established to support and encourage graduating seniors at Croswell-Lexington High School in their pursuit of post-secondary education. This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding achievements in Art, Music, Sports, Science, and Academics and aims to ease the financial burden of furthering their education.
