The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Adalee Kaufman as the recipient of the 2024 Dave Blank Athletic & Leadership Scholarship.
Adalee is the daughter of Tonya and Kyle Kaufman, and a graduate of Sandusky High School. During high school, Adalee participated in National Honor Society, Youth Advisory Council, Student Council, basketball, volleyball, softball, and the trap team. She is attending Central Michigan University to study Speech Pathology. Adalee’s parents are Tonya and Kyle Kaufman.
The Dave Blank Athletic & Leadership Scholarship was established in memory of Dave by his family. Dave’s high school experiences in sports and leadership prepared him for a successful team-building career in hiring, managing, and guiding many men and women to meet their potentials and fulfill successful careers. This scholarship is awarded to students whose athletic and leadership qualities, along with their volunteer and work experience, embody Dave’s life.
