The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that the 2018 Esther M. Cuppen Scholarship recipient is Carlee Porter.
Carlee Porter is a 2018 graduate of Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School. In school, Carlee enjoyed band and became a drum major her senior year. Throughout high school she was in many theater productions which she hopes to continue during college. This fall Carlee plans to attend Saginaw Valley State University for secondary teaching. Carlee is the daughter of Joe and Kay Porter.
Eligible applicants for the annual scholarship must be graduating seniors of Croswell-Lexington High School and/or Carsonville-Port Sanilac High School who are in need of financial assistance to attend college in the field of education or related field.
