The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Miranda Mott as one of the 2025 recipients of the Edward Ralph & Ina Kinsley Scholarship.
Miranda Mott, daughter of Matthew and Jessica Mott, graduated from Croswell-Lexington High School. During high school, she was a member of FFA and the National Honor Society and participated in equestrian, powerlifting, and soccer. Having parents who are both veterinary technicians, Miranda has spent her life learning about animals and enjoys spending time with her horses, pigs, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. She also shows her animals at the Sanilac County 4-H Fair every summer, an experience that has helped her develop dedication, teamwork, and animal care skills. Miranda is currently attending Albion College, where she is a member of the Albion College Equestrian Team. She plans to pursue veterinary school with the goal of becoming a large-animal veterinarian.
The Edward Ralph & Ina Kinsley Scholarship was generously given as a gift from the Kinsley estate. This scholarship is designated to benefit the graduating students at Croswell-Lexington High school.
This scholarship is administered through the Sanilac County Community Foundation (SCCF). For more information on scholarship opportunities, visit www.SanilacFoundation.org or contact the Community Foundation office at 810-648-3634.
