The Sanilac County Community Foundation announces that Saige Alyss Jager, 2020 graduate of Brown City High School, is this year’s recipient of the Carol A. Crake Scholarship.

Saige Jager is the daughter of Ryan and Stephanie Jager. This year Saige was honored being voted Brown City’s Homecoming Queen. During high school she participated in Cross Country and Softball. Saige was a member of the National honor Society, prom committee, and pre-school helper. This fall, Saige plans to attend St. Clair County Community College with plans to become a registered nurse, specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unity as she has always had a love for babies and children.

 

The Carol A. Crake Scholarship Fund was established in 2007, and is available to eligible graduates of Brown City, Imlay City or North Branch High Schools who are already accepted to a 2 or 4 year college or university.
