The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that the Port Sanilac Garden Club Scholarship recipient is Madisyn Guza. Madisyn is the daughter of Paul Guza and Valerie Koroleski. She is a 2018 graduate of Deckerville High School and maintained a 4.0 GPA while participating in volleyball, basketball, and softball.  She also played the clarinet in the Deckerville High School Band, was the class Secretary, Vice President of Student Council, was a National Honor Society member, and went on a couple mission trips.  This fall Madisyn plans to attend the University of Michigan to pursue a degree in Environmental Sciences.’

The Port Sanilac Garden Club Scholarship Fund was established in 2012.  The purpose of the fund is to fund one scholarship annually to a graduating senior who is continuing their education in agriculture / horticulture.
